Equal Partners Inc. residential programs will provide individuals with a normal living experience and family atmosphere. The Agency will empower individuals to fully integrate into their communities by utilizing community resources. It is critical for each individual to feel independence within their community Equal Partners Inc. encourages individuals to participate in community life by going to school, shopping in local stores, visiting the post office or library, going to the bank to deposit/withdraw money, going to restaurants, attending sports events as well as many other routine activities outside the home. Each individuals is afforded the opportunity to make independent choices and take responsibility in realistic life situations.
